Privacy
This covers the Ringback website and its early-access waitlist form. Ringback is a pre-launch product; this page will grow as the product does.
What we collect
When you fill in the waitlist form, we collect what you type: your business name, work email, industry, an estimate of missed calls per week, and optionally a phone number. If you email us, we keep that correspondence.
The site may record anonymous, aggregate visit counts (page views, referrer, rough country) through privacy-friendly analytics. It does not use advertising cookies or track you across other sites.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about early access, onboarding, and pricing before launch.
- To understand which industries and call volumes have the strongest need, so we build the right thing first.
We only email you about Ringback. No newsletters you didn’t ask for, no unrelated products.
Who processes it
- Formspree — receives and stores waitlist submissions and passes them to us.
- Netlify — hosts the website and keeps standard server logs.
- Google Workspace / Gmail — where we read and reply to your messages.
We don’t sell your details, share them with data brokers, or hand them to anyone beyond the services above.
How long we keep it
Until Ringback launches and you decide whether to become a customer, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Ask any time and we’ll remove your record and confirm.
Your choices
- Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
- Email founders@ringback.co to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you.
- If you’re in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights over your data — contact us and we’ll honour them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how we use waitlist data will be emailed to the list.
